Confirm you're a member of a regulated profession
Members must confirm on the form that they are a member of AFCC, and are registered, and in good standing, with their professional regulating body (bottom of form)

Annual listing fee is $50, plus add-ons for inclusion of your website link ($25), and photo ($25)
